• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports covering volume, value, sell-in/sell-out, market share, scheme performance and target vs. achievement.
• Manage distributor claims, scheme pay-outs and secondary sales reconciliation in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
• Support target setting, incentive calculations, monthly S&OP, budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate historical data and trend analysis.
• Automate existing reporting processes and templates to reduce manual MIS effort and improve turnaround time.

◦ Market share and retail audit data
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and KPI trackers using Power BI for sales leadership.

• Generate insights on distribution gaps, sales productivity, territory performance, outlet coverage, range selling and route-to-market effectiveness.
• Track competitor activity and secondary data sources (e.g. NielsenIQ/Kantar) to support market share analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and hygiene across SFA/DMS and ERP systems; troubleshoot data gaps or discrepancies with IT and field teams.
Business Partnering
• Partner with Sales, GTM, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, Finance and Supply Chain teams to provide data support for business reviews and monthly/quarterly performance meetings.
• Present insights clearly to sales and business stakeholders to support territory planning, demand forecasting, scheme design and channel strategy.
