Work Environment Hybrid Schedule (2 days from home) Initial training lasts approximately 2 to 4 weeks and takes place Monday through Friday (Mondays and Fridays at home after the first week) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Following training, schedules include either a Tuesday through Saturday (Fridays and Saturdays at home) or a Sunday through Thursday (Sundays and Mondays at home) workweek, with shift options such as9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent service coordination, operations, customer service (non-transactional)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and comfort working with multiple software systems.
- Experience with CRM systems and meeting daily/weekly goals.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to understand, analyze, evaluate, and negotiate in complex situations.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong data entry and documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to anticipate and embrace change, adapting quickly to evolving processes and workloads.
Nice Haves:
- High-volume claims experience, including claims processing and follow-up, is a strong plus.
- Experience with invoicing, invoice processing, and invoice entry is beneficial.
- Familiarity with workflow and queue management tools and processes.
- Experience generating and managing work orders, service orders, and error reports.
Job Description The Provider Service Coordinator is responsible for managing a daily caseload of home protection claims and service requests from assignment through completion. This is a fast-paced, task-driven role where you will be expected to actively work and close cases each day while meeting established daily activity and productivity goals . You will coordinate with service providers, customers, and internal teams to dispatch work orders, follow up on open cases, resolve issues, and ensure claims are completed and closed accurately and on time. This position requires someone who is organized, comfortable managing a high-volume workload, and proactive about following up on outstanding items. Responsibilities
- Manage a daily queue/caseload of open claims and work orders , working each case toward resolution and closure.
- Meet established daily activity, productivity, and case-closure goals .
- Review open cases throughout the day and prioritize emergency, urgent, and high-priority requests.
- Assign and dispatch work orders to available service providers based on location, availability, and urgency.
- Contact network and non-network contractors to secure service when a provider is not readily available.
- Research and contact new providers when additional contractor coverage is needed in a specific area.
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls with providers, customers, and internal departments.
- Follow up with contractors on open work orders to obtain updates and move cases toward completion.
- Coordinate emergency and urgent service requests and ensure they are actively worked through completion.
- Respond to emails and requests regarding the status of open claims and work orders.
- Resolve provider questions, service issues, and cases requiring special handling.
- Negotiate one-time service agreements or terms with contractors when necessary.
- Accurately document case activity, notes, status updates, and outcomes in company systems.
- Update provider profiles and complete required data entry and system updates.
- Review applicable contracts and agreements to ensure providers are properly set up and service requirements are followed.
- Complete work orders, service orders, error reports, provider setups, and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain positive working relationships with providers, customers, and internal teams.
- Provide overflow support to other teams and assist with managing workflow and queue volumes as needed.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for claims processing, provider coordination, documentation, and case closure.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
