Job Title: Recruiter Job Description
The Recruiter manages the full recruitment cycle and partners closely with hiring leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities. This role focuses on recruiting talent across IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, leadership, and other business-facing positions. The Recruiter applies principle-based hiring practices to attract, assess, and select talent that creates long-term value, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and maintaining robust talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end corporate recruiting process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer support.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand business priorities and workforce needs, and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
- Recruit talent across IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, leadership, and other business-facing roles, with a focus on software and technical candidates rather than hardware.
- Apply principle-based hiring practices to attract, assess, and select candidates who will create long-term value for the business.
- Identify and attract passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and market engagement activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current openings and anticipated future hiring needs.
- Leverage labor market data, competitive intelligence, and talent insights to inform recruiting strategies and hiring decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business partners by providing guidance on talent availability, recruiting trends, and effective hiring practices.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and collaborative hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and overall hiring outcomes, and recommend improvements.
- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously while adapting to changing business needs and timelines.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Avature, to manage candidate workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support a defined project period (approximately six months) providing coverage for a leave of absence, with the possibility of longer-term opportunities depending on business needs.
Essential Skills
- 35 years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting, with a focus on IT and software technical candidates (not hardware).
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including passive candidate sourcing and pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Avature or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective partnerships with business leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to leverage labor market data, competitive intelligence, and talent insights to shape recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience recruiting across multiple capability functions, including IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, and leadership roles.
- Background in principle-based hiring or structured assessment and selection methodologies.
- Experience building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
- Comfort working on project-based assignments, such as providing coverage for leave of absence or temporary staffing needs.
- Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders in hybrid or remote settings.
Work Environment
This role supports a project-based assignment of approximately six months, providing coverage for a leave of absence with the possibility to transition to a direct role depending on business needs. The work environment offers flexibility, with an option to work onsite three days per week and remotely two days per week for those local to the Atlanta area. Fully remote recruiters are also considered. Work is performed using applicant tracking systems such as Avature, along with standard corporate collaboration tools, in a professional setting that emphasizes partnership with hiring leaders and HR teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
