Telecom QA/QC Manager

Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 4 Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Construction Integration Manager/Telecommunications QA/QC Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing integration and fit-out activities for data center projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical infrastructure to support cloud capacity needs. You will be part of a global team dedicated to maintaining our status as a world-class cloud provider. Responsibilities

- Oversee integration and technical infrastructure fit-out activities for lease projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, track major milestones such as Early Access and Ready Network Install.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Security, IT, Networking) and external stakeholders (Lease Providers, General Contractors, landlords, vendors, suppliers).
- Assist in developing risk mitigation activities and communicate metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to track and drive progress.
- Advocate for safe worksites and implement High-Risk Activity programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and risk management processes.
- Coordinate procurement and installation of telecom systems, security systems, furniture/fixtures/equipment, and corporate network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Data Center Engineering and specialty consultants to review and execute design improvements.
- Drive lean delivery strategies and process improvements across multiple sites.

Essential Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working on data center projects.
- Proven experience in data center construction, telecom infrastructure, and fit-out projects.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and deadlines independently.
- Effective communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Experience with mission-critical facilities and vendor management.
- Knowledge of ISO-accredited safety and quality management systems.
- Professional accreditation in Engineering such as IMechE & IEL.
- Qualifications in Construction Contracts Management.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Ability to meet specialized security screenings, including a Cloud Background Check.
- Experience in hyperscale telecom infrastructure projects and construction.

Work Environment The position is based in Abilene, TX, with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week. The role requires on-site presence, participation in integration meetings, and active project management. Safety equipment is provided, including a Class 2 Safety Helmet, reflective jacket, and other protective gear. You will work in a collaborative environment committed to environmental sustainability and optimization.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
