Job Title: Regional Support Associate Job Description
The Regional Support Associate is responsible for processing general customer orders, creating quotes for chemical, equipment, and service activities, and building relationships with stakeholders. This role requires handling most customer interactions independently.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns regarding orders. Escalate issues to the Regional Support Lead or Manager as needed.
- Retrieve information from records, emails, and other related documents, and communicate responses as needed. Route unresolved cases to the Regional Support team.
- Enter accurate and up-to-date information into the ERP system, validating data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and communicate recurring issues to the Regional Support Lead or Management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
- Attend meetings and participate in committees as required.
- Adhere to and support all safety policies and guidelines.
- Participate in the companys performance review program and independently track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs and training.
- Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.

- Customer service background
- Experience in order entry/data entry and using a ticketing system

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Good decision-making skills and quick to learn new processes.
Work Environment
The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM. The work environment promotes a good culture that encourages growth and cares about its people.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
