About this role
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of key elements of business cases and manage approval processes for business partner fit-outs. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all projects meet Heathrow standards and regulatory requirements. You will be part of the Commercial Projects team.
Commercial provides space to tenants, concessionaires and other partners to drive revenue. To support this, partners require the agility to adapt and enhance their spaces in a controlled and efficient way.
We enable the delivery of fit-outs and projects that are safe, compliant and aligned to Heathrow standards, ensuring changes are managed effectively while maintaining operational integrity.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, coordinate effectively, and manage stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project lifecycles, governance, and delivery frameworks.
- Managing project risk, including identifying, assessing, and developing mitigation strategies, with evidence of successful application to support project delivery.
- Commercial awareness and experience working within a contractual environment.
- Capability to solve problems, with well-developed analytical and numerical skills.
- Ensuring accuracy in documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.
Ideally you will have
- Degree qualification in an appropriate discipline, or equivalent academic achievement.
- Experience of aviation and/or delivering projects in a regulated environment
