What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll help create a positive experience for clients and patients while supporting the hospital's flow. You’ll:

- Welcome clients and patients with kindness, empathy, and professionalism

- Support clients throughout their experience with the hospital

- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners and teammates

- Help keep the front desk and daily client-service workflow organized

- Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to support patients and their families

- Approach client concerns and questions with patience and empathy

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities to help deliver positive outcomes

- Share your knowledge, skills, and experiences with teammates—spidey powers are welcome, too

- Bring positivity and a team-first attitude to each day
