Position Summary
The Senior New Product Integration (NPI) Planner leads supply chain planning activities for new semiconductor products from development through production ramp. Working in an SAP-based environment, this role partners with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Program Management to ensure material readiness, schedule execution, and supply continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain planning for new product introductions, qualifications, and production ramps.
- Ensure material readiness for engineering builds, customer commitments, and launch milestones.
- Manage demand, inventory, capacity, and supply plans using SAP and MRP processes.
- Identify and mitigate shortages, capacity constraints, and supply risks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute product launches and resolve schedule issues.
- Drive planning for engineering changes, product transitions, and lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate SAP planning data, parameters, and performance reporting.
- Lead improvements in planning efficiency, inventory optimization, and schedule performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of supply chain or production planning experience in semiconductor, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Experience with SAP ERP and MRP-driven planning processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting semiconductor wafer fabrication, assembly, test, or outsourced manufacturing.
- Knowledge of NPI, supply planning, inventory management, and production control.
- Experience with Power BI, SAP BW, or similar analytics tools; APICS/ASCM certification is a plus.
Work Location
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite.
- One remote day per week, subject to business needs and manager approval.
- Additional onsite support may be required during critical product launch and ramp activities.

- On-time material readiness and execution of NPI and production ramp schedules.
- Effective mitigation of supply, inventory, and capacity risks.
- Accurate SAP planning data and strong cross-functional launch execution.
