Project Engineer

Job Title: Project Engineer Job Description As a Project Engineer, you will provide vital support for New International Programs, focusing on product development and new process introduction. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining industrialization schedules that align with the 'One Develop' process, customer rate readiness, and safety requirements. Additionally, you will lead FMEA process improvements and facilitate workshops to ensure compliance with internal policies. Responsibilities

- Provide project engineering support for new international programs.
- Create and maintain industrialization schedules.
- Lead FMEA process improvements and facilitate FMEA workshops.
- Communicate with design engineering, program managers, and production departments to ensure manufacturability and standardization.
- Ensure Design for Manufacture methodologies are applied before production release.
- Assist with compliance to manufacturing capacity review policies.
- Support tooling and process design to meet quality standards.

Essential Skills

- Expertise in industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Catia.
- Project management skills.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in new product introduction and development.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience with AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Catia.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects effectively.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tinton Falls, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.67/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
