Premier food manufacturer is seeking a machine operator who can ensure a quality product while adhering to customer specifications.  Employee will safely operate machinery and equipment used in producing ingredients, product parts or in packaging.

Duties for a Production Associate:
Able to work in a GMP facility and follow all requirements Run, feed and maintain the production machinery Makes sound decisions based on supervisor guidance Works in an organized manner to meet daily goals Responsible for work done and focused on improving Clearly communicates to others and actively listens Read and write English

Skills and Knowledge of a Production Associate
1+ year production experience, in a GMP facility is preferred Load machinery to maintain production schedule Make setting adjustments on equipment as necessary during the production run. Comply with GMP's, safety, quality, and SOPs. Ensure that the equipment to be operated is in good mechanical condition by visual inspection, identify any problems and contact maintenance for repair. May be required to shut the equipment down and prepare it for cleaning. Complete all required reports, documentation, etc.

Physical Requirements for a Production Associate
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to constantly stand/walk, bend and twist throughout the shift. Significant visual acuity for computer screen, small objects on the line or equipment, and ingredient problems.
