Forklift Operator – All Shifts
Schedules:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Overtime: Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse and distribution team. Forklift Operators are responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, stacking, and storing merchandise throughout the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy and following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Operate sit-down, clamp, push-pull, and other warehouse equipment as required by the assignment.
- Safely unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage locations.
- Pull and prepare products for shipment.
- Verify product quantities and types to ensure orders are accurately loaded and shipped.
- Perform order picking accurately and efficiently.
- Move products from staging and storage areas into trailers.
- Stack and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Use RF scanning equipment to accurately track inventory and product movement.
- Complete required pre-operation equipment inspections.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain proper stock rotation.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift and/or warehouse distribution experience required.
- Minimum 6 months of forklift experience preferred.
- Clamp forklift experience required for the 2nd shift opening.
- Must be able to successfully complete company forklift certification.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners preferred.
- Basic computer skills required; basic Excel knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills.

1st Shift
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $19.50/hour
2nd Shift – Clamp Forklift
Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
$22.25/hour
Clamp forklift experience required
3rd Shift
Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
$23.25/hour
