What You'll Do

- Strategic Program Leadership: Drive complex, enterprise-wide initiatives from end-to-end, managing program roadmaps, cross-functional dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
- Portfolio & PMO Governance: Establish portfolio management frameworks, standard project methodologies, and executive dashboards to optimize resource allocation and ensure successful delivery.
- SaaS Operations Transformation: Lead operational excellence initiatives across the customer lifecycle in partnership with RevOps, Sales, Product, and CS to build scalable operating models.
- Process Improvement & AI Automation: Map and redesign end-to-end workflows using Lean Six Sigma and AI-first solutions to eliminate operational friction and boost efficiency.
- Business Planning & Execution: Facilitate quarterly planning sessions, track progress against strategic KPIs, and proactively mitigate execution risks to drive organizational accountability.
- Executive Reviews & Alignment: Develop C-suite presentations and decision-making materials to align leadership on strategic priorities and business transformation goals.

Who We’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, PMO, or Transformation leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in a SaaS environment. Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-scale operational initiatives.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and operational metrics (ARR MRR Strong understanding of SaaS business models and operational metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC, etc.)
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority.

Work Arrangement :

Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

# Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$69,350.00 - $100,878.71 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
