What You'll Do:

- Define and own the global Logistics Technology strategy, target architecture, multiyear roadmap, and investment portfolio aligned with Arrow’s supply chain and growth priorities.
- Serve as the executive technology partner to global Logistics, Operations, Trade Compliance, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership.
- Establish measurable business outcomes including service reliability, fulfillment speed, transportation cost, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and customer experience and hold the organization accountable for results.
- Lead the modernization and simplification of the global logistics application landscape, reducing technical debt, manual processes, regional fragmentation, and redundant solutions.
- Own the global product and platform strategy for warehouse management, transportation management, carrier connectivity, mobility, automation, shipping, trade, and logistics visibility.
- Partner with the enterprise architecture team and establish integration, data, security, and lifecycle standards across logistics technologies and their ERP dependencies.
- Build a Logistics Technology center of excellence that provides global governance while enabling effective regional execution.
- Own operational resilience for business-critical logistics platforms, including availability, observability, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, incident response, and root-cause elimination.
- Lead portfolio governance and investment prioritization across transformation programs, regulatory commitments, operational improvements, and technical-debt reduction.
- Identify and scale opportunities involving AI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, robotics, and real-time supply-chain visibility.
- Build a high-performing global leadership team and succession pipeline through coaching, talent development, workforce planning, and strategic sourcing.
- Provide executive-level oversight of strategic vendors, including commercial negotiations, performance management, innovation roadmaps, risk management, and accountability for business outcomes.
- Represent Logistics Technology in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, audit, acquisition integration, and major business transformation forums.
- Own financial planning for the function, including budgets, business cases, benefits realization, capacity planning, and multiyear investment requirements.

Who We're Looking For:

- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including significant leadership of global logistics or supply-chain technology organizations.
- Demonstrated experience setting enterprise strategy and leading complex, multiyear transformation portfolios across regions and business units.
- Deep knowledge of warehouse management, transportation management, fulfillment, carrier integration, shipping, mobility, trade compliance, and logistics automation.
- Experience with Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, or other leading enterprise warehouse management solutions is required, including implementation, modernization, integration, and global operating-model experience.
- Experience modernizing fragmented or legacy application landscapes and defining cloud, integration, data, and platform strategies.
- Strong understanding of highly available operational environments where technology disruption directly affects warehouse operations and customer shipments.
- Proven ability to translate technology investments into measurable operational and financial results.
- Experience building product-oriented operating models, centers of excellence, governance structures, and global delivery capabilities.
- Executive-level communication and influence skills, including the ability to challenge priorities, make trade-offs, and gain alignment across senior business and technology leaders.
- Demonstrated leadership of geographically distributed teams, managers, architects, employees, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including portfolio prioritization, business-case development, benefits realization, and vendor negotiations.
- Experience applying analytics, AI, automation, and real-time visibility capabilities to logistics operations.
- Strong command of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, business continuity, operational risk, and audit requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Heavy Global travel required (40-50%)

# Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$204,800.00 - $316,250.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
