What You'll Be Doing:

- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions

- Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
- Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
- Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff
- Lead and or participate in project Implementation of business projects initiatives and priorities. Working directly with cross functional Business Team & IT.
- Develops/facilitates required data, documentation, KPIs and process and roll out training documentation
- Works independently

What We Are Looking For:

- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience developing current-state and future-state process maps, value stream maps, SIPOCs, and workflow designs using Visio or similar process modeling tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment and build consensus across diverse teams and organizational levels.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive priorities forward with minimal direction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and measurable process solutions.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, analyze processes, identify gaps, and develop improvement recommendations.
- Ability to lead process transformation initiatives by partnering with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to deliver operational efficiencies and improved business outcomes.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

# Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$102,900.00 - $121,121.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
