Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide support with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisory staff.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or related field is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to client dignity and respect.
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
