Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to the supervising nurse or case manager.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces.
- Support mobility and transfers safely and effectively.
- Ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health care is an advantage.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully.
- Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks.
