You will be the Subcontract Program Management Manager for the Subcontract Program Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and managing cost, schedule, quality, and technical aspects of subcontracted systems.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Management Manager you will be responsible for leading subcontract program execution across multiple contracts, acting as the primary liaison between subcontractors and the program management office.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Direct and manage subcontractor costs, quality, schedule, and technical performance.
* Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program plans.
* Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement to ensure successful subcontract execution.
* Serve as the primary liaison for negotiations, contract administration, and closeout.
* Establish milestone objectives and monitor performance against contractual specifications.

This position is in Orlando.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven Subcontract / Program Management skills
• Significant Leadership Experience
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment with numerous internal customers
• Problem solving skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
• Ability to recruit, train and develop subordinates
• Must have experience in in developing and executing business/subcontract management strategies
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship

Desired Skills

* Proficiency in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR) guidelines and Acquisition Policy
* Proficiency with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Policy (LMAP)
* Risk and Opportunity Management including mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities
* Strong experience with Risk and Opportunity management
* Demonstrated history of talent development
* Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin acquisition procedures
* Ability to think "outside the box" for innovative solutions to challenging programmatic issues and risks
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
