The Opportunity:

Komatsu is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Contracts Administrators, Maintenance Administrators and Site Administrators interested in supporting a major heavy-equipment maintenance operation in Central Queensland.

This isn't simply a data-entry position. You'll be an important part of the site team, keeping the contract, systems, parts, WIP, invoicing, maintenance information and compliance requirements organised and moving.

Your day could include

- Coordinating contract and system administration.

- Managing WIP and maintaining accurate system information.

- Supporting monthly invoicing and contract compliance.

- Coordinating parts planning, ordering, receipting, stocktakes, freight and transport.

- Supporting maintenance planning and component change-outs.

- Maintaining induction and compliance records.

- Coordinating information between the customer, maintenance team and broader Komatsu business.

- Making sure deadlines don't slip and actions don't get lost.

We're particularly interested in people who have worked around mining, heavy equipment, maintenance, OEM, engineering or similarly fast-paced operational environments.

Role Located: Bowen Basin, QLD

We're keen to hear from people with:

- Strong administration and coordination capability.

- Excellent attention to detail and time management.

- Confidence working across multiple systems and competing priorities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder skills.

- Experience with CMMS or maintenance management systems.

- Understanding of parts, maintenance or heavy equipment environments would be highly regarded.

- Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant industry experience.
