American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Managers, Delivery Management to drive technology product delivery across platforms, domains, and lines of business, mitigating against impediments and risks to ensure timely product delivery.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with release planning, product delivery, and software integration across business units within the financial industry. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: Software design, development, testing, and implementation; Driving product delivery using Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies; Managing impediments, risks, and dependencies to facilitate product releases; Agile rapid application development and CI/CD; API development; and Apache Hadoop, Apache HBase, Bitbucket, Confluence, DB2, GitHub, Hive, Java, Jenkins, JIRA, JSON, JUnit, Maven, Microservices, PEGA Case Management Tool (Pegasystems), Oracle, Postman, Python, Rally, REST APIs, SOAP, Spark, Splunk, SQL Server, Sybase, Teradata, TOAD for Oracle. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.
