As an Associate within the Operations Change Management team under Trade & Working Capital, you define business requirements and deliver change initiatives into production in partnership with business and technology stakeholders. You develop use cases, project plans, and governance frameworks while tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. You enable operational readiness through training, post-implementation support, and documentation that sustains controls and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify system enhancement opportunities to uplift the trade finance transaction lifecycle.
- Document business use cases by sizing benefits, scope, risks, and dependencies for program approvals.
- Walk through requirements with Technology and stakeholders to align on outcomes and approach.
- Participate in solution design and validate alignment against documented requirements.
- Run weekly stakeholder forums to drive progress, decisions, and issue resolution.
- Build detailed project plans in MS Project or Excel covering schedule, tasks, risks, and dependencies.
- Track milestones and deliverables and provide timely status reporting to senior management.
- Drive pre- and post-implementation activities to ensure controlled release and adoption.
- Identify defects proactively and manage tracking through fix validation and closure.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bring 5+ years of data analytics and project management.
- Apply change management or project management experience delivering initiatives to production.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Analyze and synthesize large datasets to support decisions, sizing, and impact assessment.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, producing senior-management-ready storyboards.
- Operate proficiently in MS Suite, Tableau, Alteryx and Jira
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proficiency in coding using python, LLM, and copilot.
- Establish strong governance and control frameworks for technology delivery projects.
- Prioritize effectively with exceptional organization and attention to detail under tight timelines.
- Maintain accuracy under stress while multitasking across concurrent deliverables.
- Drive problem resolution using structured root-cause analysis and proactive follow-through.
- Partner confidently across global, cross-functional teams and all staff levels.
- Improve delivery outcomes by standardizing documentation, controls artifacts, and readiness playbooks.
