Responsible for working with customer to understand their infrastructure provisioning, patching and compliance requirements and automate the same with OpenText Hybrid cloud suite. Candidate must possess a strong knowledge on OpenText ITOM products – Micro Focus Hybrid Cloud Management (HCMx), Micro Focus Operations Orchestration (OO), Micro Focus Server Automation (SA), Micro Focus Data Center Automation (DCA) and Micro Focus Network Automation (NA).

What the role offers:

- Designing end-to-end solutions on ITOM Platforms (HCMx, OO, SA, DCA and NA).
- Experience with requirement elicitation and translating the requirements into low-level and high-level design documents.
- Creating and demonstrating prototypes.
- Liaise with the local, regional teams and customer representatives in delivering the solutions.
- Help project managers with the effort estimations and guide the team members with technical solutions.
- Act as a primary escalation point and work with the support, R&D and customer teams in resolving the issue.
- Participate in internal initiatives and create new solution offerings for generating additional business.
- Participate in pre-sales discussions and work towards the successful delivery of the deal.

What you need to succeed:

- Hands-on experience with installing upgrade, configuration, and administration of OpenText ITOM products (HCMx, OO, SA, DCA and NA)
- Hands on experience in Hybrid Cloud Management (CSA/HCM) – with implementing complex service designs, service offerings, cost governance, cloud aggregations, complex OO flows to meet specific business requirements.

- Hands-on experience with developing OO flow using OO operations for API calls, DB Queries, JSON/XML/YAML, remote operations and integrating with other ITOM products either in studio or web-designer.
- Hands on experience in Server Automation (SA) – with implementing server provisioning, patch management, compliance management, software deployment and OPTIC reporting.
- Hands on experience in Network Automation (NA) – which involves managing network devices by integrating with NNMi, ensuring network device compliance, performing network device configuration backups & upgrades, OPTIC reporting, and developing new device drivers. Good knowledge in networking, network devices, network protocols etc.
- Hands-on experience in any one of scripting - Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting, PowerShell scripting etc.
