Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Work Setup : Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite
Shift Schedule : Day Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform APIs.
- Build and enhance ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, Finance, and others based on business requirements.
- Develop integrations with third-party systems and manage REST/SOAP APIs.
- Optimize database queries, workflows, and overall application performance.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Lead runbook preparation and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
- Work independently and effectively within a team environment.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts on implementation requirements and technical details.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customization.
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM.
- Experience with Now Assist and AI-related configuration/development.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong ServiceNow ITSM/CSDM knowledge with a developer-focused profile, not a business-user background
Good to Have Qualifications:
- ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
