Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a trainee to:
Perform regular Customer Service activities processing sample requests for direct customers and distributors for the APAC or EMEA region.
Provide a standard level of service to our transactional customers and distributors
We count on you to:
Learn how to manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to delivery and follow-up
You can count on us to:
Receive training in SFDC and SAP
Manage Sample Orders to prospect customers
Sample management
Customer request management
Experience and Skills
University Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related fields
No previous experience needed
Fluent in English
Acute customer centricity
Excellent relational skills
Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
Eager to learn how to manage projects
Microsoft Excel proficiency
What We Offer
The Portuguese annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: €11,280.00 for applicants who have completed or are completing a Bachelor's degree and €12,480.00 for applicants who have completed or are completing a Master's degree.
