Head of Digital Experiences
We are looking for a Head of Digital Experiences to lead the next phase of our digital development and help shape the future of our digital business, capabilities and client offering.
In this role, you will bring together our expertise across Search, Platform Craft & Activation, Digital Planning, CX and Data & Analytics , while accelerating our future capabilities in AdTech, MarTech and AI .
Your mission is simple: connect our digital expertise, create new business opportunities and turn our capabilities into greater value for our clients and competitive advantage for dentsu.
What will you do?
As Head of Digital Experiences, you will act as the strategic orchestrator of our digital capabilities. You will work closely with our specialist teams, commercial leadership and clients to develop new services, strengthen collaboration and ensure our digital offering evolves with changing client needs and the market.
Your mission is to bring our digital expertise together, unlock new business opportunities, and turn our capabilities, technology and comptence into greater value for our clients and competitive advantage for dentsu.
Your key responsibilities:
- Providing strategic direction and supporting new business opportunities for Performance team
- Developing our Digital operations team model together with the team
- Supporting and developing our Digital Planning capabilities
- Accelerating the growth of our CX business
- Developing our Data & Analytics capabilities and new business opportunities together with our Growth Director
- Building and developing our future AI, AdTech and MarTech capabilities
- Strengthening dentsu’s digital thought leadership
- Creating stronger collaboration, synergies and shared ways of working across our digital teams
- Identifying new opportunities to turn digital expertise, technology and innovation into client value and business growth

- Build new integrated digital services and propositions
- Grow our digital business and create new revenue opportunities
- Increase cross-selling and collaboration across capabilities
- Develop future-critical skills across AI, AdTech and MarTech

- Bring new technologies, innovations and global dentsu solutions into the Finnish market
What are we looking for?
You are a collaborative and commercially minded digital leader who enjoys bringing different people and capabilities together. You are curious about new technologies, AI and emerging ways of working , and you have the ability to translate these into concrete opportunities for clients and the business.
Building culture comes naturally to you. You enjoy working with different specialists and teams, creating connections and inspiring people around a shared direction. You are comfortable presenting, challenging existing ways of working and driving change.
You work fluently in both Finnish and English .
Most importantly, you don’t need to know everything yourself. You know how to bring the right expertise together, create momentum and turn ideas into action.
