On behalf of FCDO Services, we are looking for a ServiceNow Product Manager (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract based hybrid in Milton Keynes.

Overview

FCDO Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of the ServiceNow platform.

Working closely with stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams, you will help shape the future direction of the platform, maximise product quality and value, manage priorities and drive continuous service improvement across the organisation.

As a ServiceNow Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Define and continuously evolve the ServiceNow product strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, technology direction and customer outcomes.
- Develop and manage a value driven product roadmap, delivery pipeline and backlog.
- Work with stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers to define priorities and ensure successful delivery of new capabilities and enhancements.
- Provide reporting, insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support investment planning, decision making and risk management.
- Manage strategic suppliers and vendor relationships, ensuring strong governance, performance and value delivery.
- Identify business needs and translate them into product requirements, service improvements and future platform enhancements.
- Support governance activities, business case development and approval processes.

PLEASE NOTE: SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.

Essential:

- Product manager experience
- In depth ServiceNow knowledge and experience
- Experience developing and managing product roadmaps, delivery pipelines and backlogs.
- Experience of IT delivery and management.
- Understanding of service design across the whole lifecycle of service delivery.
- Experience of supplier management and vendor relationship management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Broad technical understanding.

Desirable:

- ITIL4 Foundation and/or ITIL4 Specialist certifications.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or SAFe Product Manager certification.
- PRINCE2 Agile.
- Knowledge of operating and developing IT systems within Government environments.
- Exposure to Azure or AWS environments.
