Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Bartender to join the team at Bar Antoine, the vibrant bar concept by acclaimed French chef Yannick Alléno.

The role

As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating exceptional cocktails, recommending beverages, and delivering service with confidence, charisma, and genuine care.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about drinks, enjoys building connections with guests, and thrives in a fast paced luxury environment.

What you will do

- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
- Build meaningful relationships with guests through engaging and personalised service
- Develop an in depth knowledge of the cocktail menu, spirits portfolio, wines, and seasonal offerings
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the bar
- Support stock management, inventory control, and daily bar preparation
- Work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Confidently make recommendations and guide guests through the beverage menu
- Uphold Four Seasons service standards at all times

What we are looking for

- Previous bartending experience within a high quality bar, restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment
- Passion for cocktails, wine, spirits, and hospitality
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Ability to perform effectively in a busy service environment
- Desire to learn and develop within a world class food and beverage operation
- Good spoken and written English
- Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

- Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
- Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule including late nights finishing around 2am
- Bar operation focused on lunch, evening, and late night service
- Flexibility required across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
