The iconic Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Residential Host to champion personalised guest experiences and support our commitment to exceptional luxury service. The  Residential Host plays a key role to the Guest Experience Manager in maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting and supervising other areas within the Guest Experience Department under the Guest Experience Manager.

What You'll Do

· The Villa Host team is part of the resort’s overall Guest Experience Team, primarily responsible for suites, residences, groups in multiple villas, special VIPs, etc.

· Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager.

· The Host will be an Ambassador for Four Seasons, embodying the Golden Rule, EVOLVE behaviours, and knowledge of other Four Seasons properties—particularly those similar or nearby—to assist with onward guest stays.

· The Host will also be an ambassador for Seychelles, with in-depth knowledge of the local culture, nature, and sustainable offerings.

· The team is the focal point of the guest experience from pre-arrival to post-departure, exceeding expectations and collecting preferences to provide personal service in a warm, relaxed, and refined way.

· The host will be responsible for communicating any service shortfalls or guest experience issues to Management, for reporting and recovery approach.

· The Host is the centre of operations, liaising with support departments and assisting as needed.

· All tasks will follow standards set by Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, Forbes and LQA.

· The Host will focus on generating incremental revenue, with performance monitored daily, weekly, and monthly.

· The Host must be knowledgeable of both Mahe and Desroches properties.

· Complete knowledge of:

o Resort features/services, hours of operation

o Room types, layouts, amenities, locations

o Room rates, packages, and promotions

o Daily operations: arrivals, departures, guest activities, events

o Local events, attractions, holidays

· Hosts should not leave the resort with guests unless approved by the Executive Office under special circumstances.
