Manager - Employee Relations | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt
ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager – Employee Relations & Integrity Investigations is responsible for managing employee grievances, integrity concerns, misconduct allegations, and workplace investigations across the organization. The role ensures all cases are handled objectively, confidentially, and in compliance with company policies and labor laws while partnering with HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, and business leaders to drive fair resolutions and strengthen organizational culture and governance.
ROLE PROFILE
- Handle end-to-end employee grievance and integrity cases from intake through closure.
- Investigate misconduct, harassment, retaliation, policy violations, workplace conflicts, and ethics concerns.
- Assess case severity, potential business impact, and determine investigation and escalation requirements.
- Conduct confidential interviews and review documents, communications, and HR records to establish facts.
- Develop objective, evidence-based reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, and business leadership to resolve cases effectively.
- Identify recurring employee relations issues and provide recommendations to improve policies, controls, and employee experience.
- Maintain case records, prepare management reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely escalation of high-risk cases.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Employee Relations, grievance management, workplace investigations, ethics, compliance, or related functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, labor laws, and workplace investigations.

- Strong interviewing, report-writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in case management systems, Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and data analysis.
