ROLE SUMMARY
Senior Associate, Branding supports delivery of branding and communication initiatives across assets and markets. The role executes approved brand strategies, campaigns, and content, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely implementation across channels. Working with Brand Managers, Digital teams, asset stakeholders, and agencies, the role develops branding materials, localized content, and campaign assets that enhance visibility, engagement, and commercial performance. Supports growth goals.

ROLE PROFILE

- Execute branding campaigns, initiatives, and content rollouts across assigned assets and markets.
- Coordinate production and deployment of branding materials, including creatives, copy, toolkits, and templates.
- Ensure all branding outputs comply with approved brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards.
- Localize central campaigns and content to meet specific asset and market requirements.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, vendors, and support on-ground campaign execution with internal teams.
- Manage day-to-day communication with agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders while tracking deliverables and quality.
- Support brand compliance audits, maintain brand assets, and address deviations from brand standards.
- Monitor campaign execution, maintain reports and trackers, and assist with budget, invoice, and administrative coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in branding, marketing coordination, or content execution.
- Experience in retail, real estate, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality execution and brand consistency.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and responding to business needs.
