As a Business System Leader , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining the business management system that translates long-term strategy into focused priorities, executable plans, and measurable results across the combined Quest Integrity and In-Line Inspection organization.

You will partner with business and functional leaders to connect Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Planning, strategy deployment, operating reviews, performance management, and continuous improvement into an integrated operating rhythm that strengthens accountability, execution, and business performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategy execution, drive organizational alignment, and enhance operational excellence across a global business.

As a Business System Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Partnering with business leadership teams to integrate Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Planning, and strategic priorities into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes.
- Translating strategic objectives into breakthrough initiatives, functional action plans, milestones, and performance targets.
- Facilitating leadership alignment on priorities, resource allocation, execution timelines, and critical business decisions.
- Coordinating annual operating calendars, including leadership meetings, strategy reviews, business reviews, planning sessions, and organizational events.
- Establishing structured leadership operating rhythms that support effective decision-making, accountability, and execution.
- Developing, implementing, and continuously improving the business management system used to plan, execute, monitor, and improve business performance.
- Integrating strategy deployment, governance, performance reviews, KPI management, daily management, and transformation initiatives into a cohesive operating framework.
- Establishing common standards, processes, templates, visual management tools, and review mechanisms across the organization.
- Assessing business system maturity and developing roadmaps to improve adoption, capability, and sustainable results.
- Championing Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies as core elements of the organization's operating model.
- Leading strategy deployment workshops, Kaizen events, value stream reviews, and structured problem-solving activities aligned to business objectives.
- Coaching leaders and teams on Lean principles, visual management, standard work, root cause analysis, A3 problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Supporting the development of internal capability to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and sustain operational excellence.
- Maintaining performance scorecards, KPI frameworks, and governance processes that provide clear visibility into business performance.
- Identifying performance gaps, driving corrective actions, and supporting leadership teams in achieving strategic and operational objectives.
- Supporting organizational transformation and integration activities by aligning management practices, governance processes, and improvement initiatives across the business.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to simplify processes, eliminate duplication, and institutionalize best practices.
- Supporting change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities that enable successful adoption of business initiatives and transformation programs.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Have significant experience in business operations, strategy deployment, enterprise planning, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate experience leading Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Planning, strategic reviews, business reviews, or comparable enterprise planning processes.
- Have experience designing and implementing management systems, governance frameworks, performance management processes, and operating rhythms.
- Demonstrate strong financial, operational, and business acumen with the ability to connect business performance to strategic outcomes.
- Have experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within global and matrixed organizations.
- Possess strong facilitation, stakeholder management, program management, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyse complex information, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership teams.
- Have experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies to improve organizational performance.
- Be capable of influencing senior leaders and driving change through collaboration, credibility, and relationship-building.

- Preferred to have Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent operational excellence qualification.
- Preferred to have experience leading business transformation, integration, or organizational change initiatives.
- Desired to have experience developing enterprise-wide business systems, performance management frameworks, or strategy deployment processes.
- Desired to have knowledge of energy, industrial, engineering, inspection, integrity management, or technology-driven businesses.
