Bestica is hiring a Training Program Administrator to provide their services at Mercy Health Hospital located in St. Louis, MO 63141
Description of Services : The contractor shall meet all requirements per the basic contract and provide professionally and technically qualified individual(s) to perform all tasks in the following paragraphs to fulfill the requirements of this task order. The Contractor will collaborate with military leadership and Educators located within the Mercy Health hospitals to facilitate both didactic and clinical hands-on instruction.

Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
- The contractor employee shall possess a minimum of an undergraduate degree in healthcare administration; or business-related field with 5 years of proven experience as a healthcare administrator, certified project manager or in a related area(s).
- The contractor shall possess extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards. The contractor shall possess knowledge of military and civilian
- guidelines that govern policy and procedure.
- The contractor employee must have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order. This is necessary to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.
Desired Qualifications:
- A Masters degree in above fields is highly desired.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting with clinical trauma (ER/ICU) is highly desired.
