Job Summary
Ready to drive seamless project execution and deliver efficient business solutions? Spectrum seeks a Manager, Commission Systems Delivery to oversee business requirements and execution of the system testing process for the Commission Systems team. This hands-on role will lead a business analyst staff who are collectively responsible for project implementation, requirement gathering, and testing/confirmation that said requirements are being delivered. Responsible for strategic development and implementation of assigned projects and ensures timely completion as scheduled. Serves as the liaison between the various business operations functional groups impacted by a particular initiative with strong understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommends solutions to improve general business processes and planning.
Responsibilities
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and mentor project managers and business analysts to execute Commission Systems projects and enterprise initiatives
- Oversee and streamline the Change Request intake process, ensuring thorough documentation and timely submissions
- Provide consultative support to business stakeholders, prioritizing requests and recommending solutions for effective task completion
- Coordinate and facilitate kick-off meetings for major development projects, aligning resources for successful delivery
- Manage project documentation, prepare summaries for stakeholder and senior leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality features, user experience and adherence to business specifications
- Develop test plans with QA teams, conduct software testing to confirm requirements are met and identify opportunities for workflow automation

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience leading compensation administration/testing/QA teams
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise level commission systems 5+ years
- Thorough knowledge of sales commission plans and compensation processes
