Job Summary:
To plan and maintain daily Supply Chain operations in one or more functional areas such as materials, production, inventory, logistics, customer service, demand management or order fulfillment. Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop planning system strategies to improve signals across the supply chain Monitor and adjust parameters in the planning system. Use common processes tools, and information systems. Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans. Execute the daily operational planning process within a specified functional area. Identify potential supply chain failures as part of the planning process and mitigate associated risks Work closely with stakeholders - internal and/or external to develop short term tactical improvements. Use the planning system to drive consistent planning signals across the supply chain Participate in functional process improvement teams
The position plays a critical role in driving DBU/NRP Customer Taskforce priorities focused on improving customer order fulfillment, reducing delivery constraints, and resolving critical part availability issues that impact customer experience and business performance. Serving as a key coordinator across Materials, Sourcing, Logistics, Operations, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams, the incumbent will lead the execution and governance of recovery plans, drive accountability for action closure, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and facilitate timely issue resolution. The role provides leadership visibility through robust analytics, structured reporting, and performance reviews, translating complex operational challenges into actionable insights and recommendations. Responsibilities include participating in daily operational reviews, monitoring progress against critical customer deliverables, coordinating escalations, driving stakeholder alignment, and preparing and presenting weekly Management Review (MRG) and leadership updates to support informed decision-making, operational rigor, and continuous improvement.
In addition, the position will support critical business improvement initiatives and new capability deployments within the Materials function. The role will coordinate functional activities, track key milestones and deliverables, communicate progress to stakeholders, and support business readiness and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. This position will help drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen execution discipline, and support the realization of business benefits from transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
