Job Summary:
Beyond leading recruitment for critical professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles, you will play a key role in shaping our future talent pipeline through graduate, intern, and apprentice programs while strengthening relationships with universities, industry associations, training providers, and community partners.
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways;
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles throughout APAC.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, talent mapping, sourcing strategies, and data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Lead Cummins' APAC Early Careers programs, including graduate, internship, and apprenticeship recruitment, while helping shape future talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, training providers, industry associations, and community organisations to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Use recruitment analytics and labour market intelligence to drive continuous improvement and support workforce planning initiatives.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, RPO, Executive Search, or Workforce Planning
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple job families and levels
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted talent advisor
- Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence capability
- Experience recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, technical, operational, or professional services environments
- Experience leading or supporting graduate, intern, apprentice, or early careers programs
- Proven ability to build and maintain external partnerships with educational institutions, industry groups, or community organisations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and labour market trends
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities
- Exposure to recruitment across multiple APAC markets will be highly regarded
