Responsibilities

- As a Distribution Operator, you will play a crucial role in the success of Texas Operations. You will work in site logistics, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our products to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring distribution equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborating with team members to optimize processes

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to work a rotating shift.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Work overtime and holidays as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must have a current, valid, United States driver license.
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.  No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in industrial manufacturing.
- Loading or unloading experience.
- Military experience.

Physical Demands

- Wear safety equipment, such as earplugs, goggles, and steel-toed shoes.
- Wear and use respirators.
- Perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Work in tight or closed-in spaces.
- Climb stairs/ladders and work high off the ground.
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Frequent lifting of material weighing approximately 55 lbs.

- Work at heights greater than or equal to 4 ft off the ground. Must be able to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE), including harnesses with a total weight capacity of 300lbs.  (This typically accommodates individuals who weigh 285 or less)

- Risk Awareness: Follow strict safety protocols and use PPE to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Mechanical Principles: Operate and monitor distribution equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Detail Oriented: The ability to identify equipment requiring maintenance, clear and tag equipment, and issue Safe Work Permits for maintenance and project work.
- Communication: Communicate effectively and work cooperatively to optimize processes.
- Adaptability: Adjust to rotating shifts, overtime, and changing operational needs.
