Job Title: Benefits Coordinator Job Description This role is responsible for providing front-line support for payroll partnership and employee benefits administration. It serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, maintains data integrity within the payroll and benefits administration system, and supports vendor and system integrations. Responsibilities
- Monitor daily and weekly inbound and outbound file integrations between payroll, benefits systems, and third-party vendors.
- Partner with Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to address file errors and ensure accurate data exchange.
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries received through a shared email inbox, ticketing system, and voicemail.
- Provide timely and accurate guidance on payroll and benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and disability.
- Research and resolve employee issues while documenting actions and outcomes within the ticketing system.
- Conduct routine audits and validations to ensure payroll and benefit records are accurate and complete.
- Investigate and resolve eligibility, enrollment, and data discrepancies resulting from system integrations.
- Support leave intake, documentation tracking, employee communications, and coordination with leave vendors.
Essential Skills
- 1+ year of corporate work experience within a related field (Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits Administration, or Customer Service is preferred)
- Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage confidential information and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a Contract position based out of Berkeley Heights, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.60/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
