What You'll Do

As the Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, inventory planning, and workforce requirements to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain master production schedules based on customer demand and historical trends
- Coordinate workforce planning to support production requirements
- Partner with purchasing to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
- Communicate delivery schedules, priorities, and schedule changes with customer service teams
- Ensure accurate ERP/MRP transactions and system integrity
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control processes
- Collaborate with engineering on the creation and maintenance of production bills of materials (BOMs)
- Monitor products throughout the manufacturing lifecycle to ensure on-time completion
- Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support additional operational planning activities as needed

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Syspro experience highly preferred
- Strong experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and manufacturing operations
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate across production, purchasing, engineering, and customer service teams
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.86/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
