At transcosmos, we provide multilingual customer support for our international partners. Our new team will support European customers of a partner specialising in home robotics and automated cleaning solutions, helping them use their products and resolve technical issues.

We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Technical Team Leader who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations and supporting colleagues. You’ll combine people management with practical technical guidance, helping your team build confidence and deliver excellent customer service.

What you’ll do

- Lead and coordinate the team’s daily work, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Coach and mentor colleagues, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
- Deliver product and device-specific training to strengthen the team’s technical knowledge.
- Monitor individual performance, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement.
- Organise and lead team meetings that keep everyone informed and connected.
- Listen to customer and team feedback and turn it into practical improvements.
- Help the team meet the service standards agreed with our partner.
- Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to support smooth daily operations.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

- At least two years of experience in technical support.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Experience working in an SSC or BPO environment , with an understanding of day-to-day support operations, performance targets, and service quality expectations.
- Confident communication skills in Spanish and English , both spoken and written.
- Experience using ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to motivate others, delegate effectively, and help colleagues take ownership of their work.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Flexibility to work according to a shift schedule.
