At transcosmos, we provide multilingual customer support for our international partners. Our new team will support European customers of a partner specialising in home robotics and automated cleaning solutions.
This is an entry-level opportunity where you can use your language skills, learn how technical support works, and help customers get the most out of their products.
What you’ll do
- Support Spanish-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.
- Answer questions about product features and everyday use.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues.
- Record customer enquiries and the actions taken accurately.
- Work with your teammates and escalate more complex issues when needed.
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- Spanish at C1 level or above , with confident spoken and written communication.
- English at B2 level or above for communication within the team.
- Student status that makes you eligible for student employment.
- A friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach.
- An interest in learning about products, troubleshooting, and new systems.
- Confidence using computers and everyday digital tools.
Previous customer support experience is welcome, but not required.
Schedule and start date
- The support team operates Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm .
- You’ll work within these hours according to an agreed rota.
- Planned start date: 13th October
