### What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and support PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems across manufacturing and packaging operations Identify and resolve automation and process issues through root cause analysis Support automated packaging lines, filling systems, labeling equipment, robotics, vision systems, and motion control technologies Implement control system modifications while following GMP and change control requirements Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams on system improvements Assist with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities Support serialization and MES systems to improve traceability and compliance Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives Provide hands-on technical support for production equipment and automated systems
### What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field 3+ years of automation, controls, or manufacturing engineering experience Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience Experience with HMI and SCADA systems Background supporting automated manufacturing or packaging equipment Experience in regulated industries such as Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, Food, or Chemical manufacturing Ability to troubleshoot complex production equipment and control systems
### Preferred Experience
Rockwell or Siemens PLC platforms Wonderware or other SCADA systems Packaging automation, robotics, vision systems, and motion control MES and serialization systems GMP environments and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance Pharmaceutical, biotech, or aseptic manufacturing experience Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $160000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
