Non-CDL Delivery Driver

Position Summary We are is seeking reliable, safety-focused Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages throughout Westmoreland County and nearby areas.
Drivers will operate company-provided delivery vans, load pre-sorted packages, follow assigned delivery routes, utilize GPS and scanning technology, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
This role is physically active and requires drivers to repeatedly enter and exit the vehicle, walk throughout residential and rural neighborhoods, climb stairs, lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs., and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with driving-related experience such as rideshare, courier services, transportation, route-based work, trailer towing, or commercial vehicle operation are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities Package Delivery Deliver Amazon packages safely and accurately Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions Scan and verify packages using company technology Take delivery confirmation photos Complete routes within established timelines Handle packages responsibly to prevent loss or damage Report delivery issues and undeliverable packages Vehicle Operation Operate company-provided delivery vans Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies Report vehicle damage or mechanical concerns immediately Drive safely in varying weather and road conditions Loading & Unloading Load pre-sorted packages into delivery vehicles Organize packages for efficient delivery Reorganize packages during routes as necessary Unload returns and equipment at the end of the shift Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. Technology & Communication Use GPS navigation and delivery applications Utilize package scanning technology Maintain accurate timekeeping Communicate with dispatch and management teams Monitor route performance and delivery updates Customer Service Represent Amazon and Upside Delivers professionally Provide friendly and respectful customer interactions Follow customer delivery instructions when safe Maintain a professional appearance and conduct Qualifications Required Must be 21 years of age or older Valid Driver's License Acceptable driving record Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to pass a 4-panel drug screening Reliable transportation to North Versailles, PA Ability to work at least one weekend day Ability to work 9-11 hour shifts Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery van Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and delivery technology Strong attendance and reliability Preferred Package delivery experience Amazon DSP experience Commercial driving experience Cargo van or box truck experience Electric delivery van experience Rideshare or transportation experience Customer service experience Military experience Strong problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to:
