Compensation
Base Pay
Entry-Level Licensed Candidates: $15/hour Experienced Licensed Professionals: $17-$18/hour
Additional Compensation
Uncapped Commission Structure Tiered Commission Program Annual Earning Potential: $30,000 - $90,000+ About the Role
As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will help individuals and families protect their assets through insurance products including auto, home, renters, life, and other personal insurance solutions. You'll be responsible for generating new business, building customer relationships, and helping clients find coverage that fits their needs.
Responsibilities Generate and develop new business opportunities Conduct outbound calls and prospecting activities Follow up on leads provided by the agency Build rapport and trust with customers Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions Quote and present insurance products Meet sales goals and performance expectations Maintain customer relationships and retention efforts Deliver exceptional customer service Maintain accurate customer information and documentation Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales-related experience ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✅ Strong organizational skills ✅ Basic to intermediate computer skills ✅ Ability to build rapport and trust with customers ✅ Comfortable making outbound calls ✅ Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions ✅ Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset ✅ Ability to work onsite in Spring, TX ✅ Property & Casualty License OR willingness to obtain immediately after hire ✅ Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated ✅ Reliable attendance and professionalism
