Reliability & Project Engineer – Batesville, AR

We are seeking a Reliability & Project Engineer for a heavy industrial minerals operation in Batesville, AR. This is a hands-on technical role combining reliability engineering with capital project management.

Youll have visibility across maintenance, production and engineering and the ability to directly impact equipment reliability, plant performance and future capital improvements.

What Youll Do

- Develop and improve preventive and reliability-centered maintenance programs

- Build and improve the CMMS, equipment hierarchy, PM programs and maintenance reporting

- Track reliability KPIs including MTBF, MTTR and planned vs. unplanned maintenance

- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures

- Manage or support capital projects from scope and budgeting through installation and commissioning

- Support major outages and equipment overhauls

- Develop engineering drawings, equipment layouts and as-built documentation

- Work closely with Maintenance, Production and Mining on equipment performance and project execution

What Were Looking For
5+ years of maintenance, reliability or project engineering experience in heavy industry

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining Engineering or related discipline preferred

Experience with rotary kilns, pyroprocessing, cement, lime or mineral processing strongly preferred

Experience with bulk material handling equipment including crushers, conveyors, mills and dust collection systems

Experience building or significantly improving a CMMS

Root cause analysis and reliability improvement experience

Capital project experience including scope development, budgeting and contractor coordination

AutoCAD, Revit or similar CAD/BIM experience is a plus

MSHA or comparable heavy industrial safety experience preferred
