Job Title: Manager, Business Intelligence
Job Summary
The Manager, Enterprise Data is responsible for leading the Mobility Group's enterprise data strategy, governance, integration, quality, security, and lifecycle management. This role ensures trusted and accessible data is available to support business operations, reporting, analytics, AI, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with business and technology leaders, the Manager oversees enterprise data initiatives, data engineering resources, governance standards, and the ongoing development of the organization's Microsoft Fabric data platform.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute the enterprise data strategy, operating model, and roadmap to support reporting, analytics, AI, and business operations.
- Lead enterprise data initiatives and serve as the subject matter expert for data management practices, partnering with business and technology leaders to drive a data-driven culture.
- Lead the acquisition, integration, and management of data from ERP, manufacturing, business, cloud, and external systems.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and enterprise data architectures.
- Own and administer the Microsoft Fabric platform, including data warehouses, lakehouses, semantic models, and supporting services.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence while enabling efficient data consumption across the organization.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, standards, and policies related to data ownership, quality, privacy, retention, and usage.
- Lead data quality, master data management, security, access control, and compliance initiatives to ensure accurate, secure, and trustworthy enterprise data.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Engineers while establishing technical standards and best practices.
- Manage enterprise data project portfolios, priorities, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communications to deliver business value.

Academic/Educational Requirements
- University degree or College Diploma in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field and/or 6 years equivalent work experience.
- Certifications in Microsoft, ITIL, or other relevant applications are considered an asset.

Required Skills/Experience
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise data management, data engineering, analytics, or information systems.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale data platforms and data integration initiatives.
- Experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
- Experience working with ERP systems is required. (IFS Preferred)
- Experience integrating manufacturing and operational technology (OT) data.
- Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power Platform, or related certifications.
- Experience implementing enterprise data catalogs and lineage solutions.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics platforms.
- Experience supporting finance, operations, and manufacturing reporting requirements in a global environment.
