Job Summary: The Roll Wrapper plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that products are properly wrapped and packaged for distribution. This position is responsible for operating wrapping machinery and adhering to safety and quality standards throughout the wrapping process. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining production efficiency and minimizing waste by effectively managing the wrapping operations. Attention to detail is essential, as the quality of the wrapping directly impacts product integrity and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the Roll Wrapper helps to ensure that finished goods are delivered to customers in optimal condition, supporting the overall success of the manufacturing team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor wrapping machinery to ensure efficient and accurate wrapping of products.
- Inspect wrapped products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues with wrapping machinery.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or maintenance needs to supervisors.
Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.
