As a Enterprise Risk Management Consultant , you’ll review historical enterprise risk data and program artifacts, assess current practices, and develop a plan to expand the ERM program. The role focuses on risks that affect enterprise priorities and decisions across organizations.

What you’ll do:

• Review historical risk data, assessments, reports, and governance materials to identify recurring themes, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen the ERM program.
• Develop a phased expansion plan covering governance, stakeholder participation, risk assessment, reporting, and measures of effectiveness.
• Work across DAF organizations to identify and assess risks that could affect enterprise objectives, mission outcomes, or leadership decisions.
• Develop and monitor key risk indicators and assessment criteria to help leaders recognize emerging risks and changes in exposure.
• Facilitate discussions with senior leaders about risk appetite, response options, resource priorities, and trade-offs.
• Establish consistent practices for documenting, aggregating, escalating, and monitoring enterprise risks and response actions.
• Translate complex risk information into concise executive briefings, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, organizational strategy, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public policy, or a related field. 4+ additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting or managing an ERM program, with an understanding of how risk governance, assessment, and reporting support enterprise decisions.
• DAF, DoD/DoW, or other military department experience, including work with stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and facilitation skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leaders.
• Self-starter able to work independently, engage stakeholders proactively, and manage multiple priorities.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to work full-time on-site at the Pentagon.

SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $130,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience

- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs

- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation

- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:

- Performance-based bonuses

- Company-paid training and/or certifications

- Referral bonuses
