Your role:
As Sales Operations Specialist , you will be part of the Strategy, Planning & Operations team , contributing to the continuous improvement of sales efficiency and effectiveness. Your day-to-day activities will include analyzing sales data and business insights, supporting decision-making through advanced reporting and analytics, and driving initiatives to optimize, standardize, and digitalize sales processes. You will collaborate closely with all Sales channels, Finance, and IT teams to enhance productivity, improve data quality, and support sustainable business growth.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Driving customer segmentation and territory management processes, ensuring accurate customer allocation to the appropriate sales channels and coverage models.
- Managing customer master data quality and governance to support effective sales execution
- Developing and maintaining sales insights, dashboards, and analytical tools that enable data-driven business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Leading initiatives to optimize, standardize, and digitalize end-to-end sales processes, promoting automation and operational efficiency.
- Monitoring process performance through KPIs and recommending continuous improvement actions.
- Acting as a key interface between business and digitalization teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Business Analytics or similar functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.

The pay range for this position is 45.000€–55.000€ annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
