Partner with the best As an ARMO Mechanic II, you will support the assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and inspection of completion equipment used across oilfield operations. In this role, you will follow established maintenance procedures and operational standards while ensuring equipment reliability, quality, and safety. You will work closely with field and workshop teams while continuing to develop your technical expertise in completion systems and related oilfield technologies.
As an ARMO Mechanic II, you will be responsible for:

- Performing assembly and disassembly of oilfield and completion equipment according to established procedures.
- Following formal maintenance practices and operational standards for standardized applications.
- Inspecting, maintaining, and preparing equipment to ensure operational readiness and reliability.
- Supporting maintenance and repair activities while adhering to quality and safety requirements.
- Developing technical knowledge of completion equipment and related systems.
- Learning new tools, technologies, and operating systems associated with Baker Hughes products and services.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and equipment documentation.
- Working collaboratively with workshop personnel, field teams, and technical specialists.
- Complying with all Baker Hughes HSE policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance and repair organization.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant industrial experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrate knowledge of completion equipment and oilfield operations.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Be willing to continuously learn new systems, tools, and technologies.
- Have a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
