What you will do:

This role within S&T will lead or contribute hands-on to several transformation project modules across GEM, with responsibility for structuring workplans, mobilizing teams, driving execution and ensuring delivery.

The scope may include GEM's digital roadmap implementation, GEM's strategic plan, or other priority topical developments requiring focused project leadership or support.

- Support execution of large transformation projects, from scope definition to delivery tracking.

- Translate strategic priorities into clear workplans, milestones, owners and decision points.

- Drive progress through hands-on problem solving, stakeholder alignment and disciplined follow-up.

- Prepare concise updates for GEM leadership, flagging key risks, dependencies and required decisions.

- Support adoption of delivered solutions, ensuring ownership is transferred to the relevant business teams.

What are we looking for:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in management, economics or engineering

- >4 years of experience, preferably in transformation/ project management and/ or business consulting roles.

- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

- Hands-on, pragmatic profile, comfortable moving from strategy to execution.

- Structured problem solving: Ability to break down ambiguous topics, identify options and drive practical recommendations.

- Execution discipline: Ability to convert plans into milestones, track delivery and remove blockers.

- Stakeholder management: Ability to align senior and working-level stakeholders across regions and functions

- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
