About The Role

As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting with Medicare licensing administration, lease management and property records management. Working closely with the Property Team, you will help ensure critical property and licensing documentation is maintained accurately, submitted on time and easily accessible across the business.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit Medicare licence applications, including new sites, renewals, relocations and cancellations.

- Maintain accurate Medicare ACC licence records, approvals and supporting documentation.

- Monitor licensing deadlines and ensure all submissions are completed within required timeframes.

- Coordinate and maintain floor plans to ensure compliance with Medicare licensing requirements.

- Support lease administration activities, including lease execution, critical date management and compliance obligations.

- Maintain accurate property databases, lease registers and document management systems.

- Coordinate the collection and distribution of property-related information across internal and external stakeholders.

- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and other property-related documentation.

- Build strong relationships with Property, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams to support effective collaboration.

About You

We are seeking a capable administrator who takes pride in being the person others can rely on to keep things organised and on track. You are confident managing competing priorities, build strong working relationships and maintain a high standard of accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative, property, leasing or similar support role

- Experience maintaining databases, document management systems and spreadsheets

- Experience in property, retail leasing, healthcare or similar industries is advantageous

Key Skills and Attributes

- Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship-building skills

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

- Strong written communication and administration capability

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management

- Professional, organised and reliable approach to work.
